Payment Policy

50% deposit required for bookings made more than 7 days before the check-in date.

100% payment required 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Forfeit 100% of total if the guest cancels less than 7 days before arrival.

Forfeit 100% of the deposit if the guest cancels less than 10 days before arrival.

Forfeit 50% of the deposit if the guest cancels less than 21 days before, but more than 10 days before arrival.

Forfeit 25 % of the deposit if the guest cancels less than 31 days before, but more than 21 days before arrival.

Forfeit 5% of the deposit if the guest cancels more than 31 days before arrival (to cover administration costs).

In extenuating circumstances leniency will be applied to the cancellation policy.
